Light to medium customization on existing models, with your laser marking, labels and multilingual manuals on small orders. Standard light design is not charged separately.

Sampling & Production
You approve the sample. Production follows it.
The confirmed sample becomes the reference for the batch and for inspection. Samples are charged, and the amount depends on the case.

Before it ships.
Every order is inspected against the sample you approved, and the packaging is drop-tested the way it travels.

Inspection
Every inspection comes with a report.
Our own QC team, or a third party if you prefer, checks every order. Appearance points are agreed with you before shipment. Factory visits are welcome.

How AQL 2.5 sampling works
Units are drawn at random from each lot. Sample size and the accept and reject limits follow the AQL 2.5 table for the lot size. The defect library is adjusted to your product and order, and the report records what was checked and found.
Appearance and scratches
Outdoor steel is judged on agreed appearance points. We set them with you before shipment, so the report and your expectations use the same standard.

Drop Test & Packaging
Tested as it ships.
The product inside our standard packaging, dropped across height, force and angle. The full recording is public, so you can check it yourself.

After it ships.
Shipping, after-sales, extra sourcing and certification run through the same contact who handled your design.

Logistics
Importing has its walls. We take them down.
No clearance capability, no import qualification, or a volume too small for a container. We coordinate the forwarder and prepare shipping photos and packaging documents for every order.

What counts
A manufacturing defect, or a product that does not match the confirmed sample or order specification.
Not covered
Normal wear, misuse, modification, and natural oxidation of outdoor steel.
What to send
Order number and model, quantity affected, photos or videos of the problem. Keep the affected products and packaging.
Remedy
Confirmed issues are resolved by agreement, for example a replacement shipment or a credit against your next order.
Transit damage
Claimed through the carrier or insurer. We recommend transport insurance and provide shipping photos and packaging records.

Sourcing
Beyond our catalogue, when you need it.
Smokeless fire pits come first. When your range grows, the same supply chain and inspection extend to tent stoves, wood stoves and sauna heaters. Food and food-contact goods are outside what we do.

Certification
Certification support for the market you sell in.
Tell us where you sell and we work out what testing your models need. Selected models hold certification to EN 1860-1:2024, and you receive the documents.

Can I use my own third-party inspector?
Yes. Every inspection, third party or in-house, produces an inspection report.
Is design charged?
Standard light design is not charged separately. Full from-scratch modeling is assessed separately. Real design starts once you commit to a sample.
Why are samples charged?
Samples have a real cost. They take 7 days, and the amount depends on the case.
Is there a record of the drop test?
Yes. The drop test video is on YouTube. It covers drop height, force and angle, on the product inside our standard packaging.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome, and every inspection comes with an inspection report.
